We want you to be happy with your purchase from Coding Up LLC. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at contact@codingupstudio.com and we will help you process the refund.

Processing times

Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
