1. Who we are
These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Coding Up LLC ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Hispanic Nomad. By purchasing or using our products you agree to these Terms.
2. The product
We sell digital information products (PDF guides and related content) intended for educational purposes. Results are not guaranteed and depend on your effort and circumstances.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. You will not:
- Use it for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
- Infringe intellectual property or third-party rights;
- Resell, redistribute, or share the product publicly;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service's security or integrity;
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and materials remain the property of Coding Up LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal, non-commercial use.
5. Payments — Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

7. Service availability & warranties
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Coding Up LLC's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
